At Wendy Pohl Bulldogs, we believe in providing a FAIR and REALISTIC health and satisfaction guarantee. Our breeding philosophy centers on improving the breed overall. Both parents of our puppies are healthy dogs we do not want to see any dogs suffer with health problems, so we do our best to ensure we are only breeding top-quality, healthy dogs from excellent bloodlines.

Because we want to make sure your puppy is a perfect match and that none of our puppies ever end up in shelters or unwanted homes, we stand behind our dogs with the comprehensive policy outlined below.
1. 60-Day Full Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your puppy for any reason, you can return the puppy to us for a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of purchase.

Transportation Excluded: Transportation and shipping costs are not included in the refund. We design our policy this way because we want serious, committed buyers only.

Condition of Eligibility: In order for us to honor this satisfaction guarantee, the dog must not show any signs of mental or physical abuse, or neglect, and must have been vaccinated appropriately.

Vaccination Schedule: A clear vaccination schedule will be provided for each puppy upon departure so you know exactly what future vaccinations are due and when they must be administered.

Why Our 60-Day Guarantee is Different

If you do your research on other breeders, you will find many offer a "one-year health guarantee" that sounds appealing because it is longer. However, buyers should beware: a lot of those breeders will force you to return your dog to them just to get a replacement puppy they typically do not give cash back, and you have to surrender your dog.

In our opinion, that type of guarantee isn't worth much. By that point, most dog owners are way too attached to their companion to surrender them to wait months or years for another dog. Our guarantee is built on fairness: it lasts for 60 days, offers a full puppy price money-back refund, and is a satisfaction guarantee, ensuring the puppy is a good match for your home.
2. Veterinary Requirements & Prior Approvals

To protect the health of your puppy and validate your warranty, the following protocols must be followed strictly:

Mandatory 30-Day Checkup: For this guarantee to be valid, you must have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian (DVM) within 30 days from the date you take possession, and the results must be communicated directly to us.

Prior Approval for Medical Procedures: If there are any health problems with the dog that require a vet office procedure and/or surgery, we need to be notified and give approval prior to the procedure or surgery being done. If any procedures or surgeries are performed on the dog without our prior approval, the health guarantee is immediately void.

Financial Responsibility: All vet bills are the sole responsibility of the puppy owner. Wendy Pohl Bulldogs is not responsible for any veterinary bills or medical expenses you may incur.

3. General Exclusions and Voidance of Warranty

We guarantee that the French Bulldogs we are breeding do not have health problems. However, this contract does not cover death, injuries, illnesses, or debilitating disorders that result from accidents, neglect, or improper care in your home.

This warranty does not cover:

Injuries sustained from physical mishaps, such as a jump or fall from an excessive height.

Illnesses or disorders resulting from excessive exertion, physical exhaustion, or environmental stress—especially in hot weather, to which French Bulldogs are uniquely sensitive.

Critical Notice: Failure to provide standard, proper care for your French Bulldog will void this warranty in its entirety.
